Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

Items are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail. This method allows for speedy delivery.
Orders will ship out in 3-7 business days after your order is placed.

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

Lit Wicks wants our customers to be fully satisfied with the products. For refunds, exchanges and returns you have 14 days from the received date to take advantage of the policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Exceptions: (damaged in transit)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days (based on your bank)

If you haven’t received a refund with 10 days, first check with your bank.
Secondly, contact your credit card company, it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
Note: some processing times take longer before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning your item please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
